Im a professional glamour and fitness model. I have been in the business for over 4 years. Im based out of FL. Most of my time is spent in the gym reaching for my new fitness goals. Ive played sports my whole life from soccer, tennis,swimming,track, to vollyball ive enjoyed it since i am very competative.

An hour of cardio and back/shoulders/arms workout

10-15 reps

1-2 minute rest between sets

Barbell Military Press

Dumbbell Shoulder Press

Lateral Raises

Dumbell rows

Tuesday

An hour of cardio Legs and Abs workout

Squats, Leg extensions, Calf raises,lunges, Leg press,leg curls

Wednesday

An hour of cardio Arms and Abs workout;

Barbell Curl, dumbell curl, dumbell kickbacks, pressdowns, tricept extentions

Thursday

An hour of cardio back/shoulders workout

same as monday

Friday

An hour of cardio Legs and Abs workout;

WORKOUT / DIET TIPS

Never skip a meal especially breakfast

Drink plenty of water always be hydrated.

Eat several small meals throughout the day.

Eat food that have protein such as chicken, fish, turkey, eggs, yogurt, milk,beans,nuts and seeds
